In your opinion, photographers are born or made?

Was a long time, but now I am among you.
I had a period of intense work and I could not work on my photos.
The good news is that I bought the Canon EOS 450D kit 18/55 and 18/250.
The camera is beautiful, write me your comments.
Meanwhile, I wonder if I can work as a photographer, a passion that burns inside
my heart since I was born.
In February I will start a real advanced course in photography and I wonder if
I am at the course.
I'll upload the new photos and meanwhile I have become familiar with the
camera.
I might get a few readers or perhaps none, but I thank your attention.
In your opinion, photographers are born or made?
Above all I will never be the height of a camera with a very professional
to my old camera?
